An image database of 2 million images from 300 of the world's leading museums, photo archives, scholars, and artists. Images can be downloaded and tools are available to export images into PowerPoint and to create citations. It is fully integrated into JSTOR collections.
**Migration update: On August 1, 2024, the Artstor platform will be retired, all Artstor content will be accessed via JSTOR, and the link will direct to Artstor Collections on JSTOR. Artstor links will redirect to the new site until August 1, 2025. Existing individual Artstor user accounts will carry over to the new JSTOR platform. Art Index is an art research database providing high-quality indexing for hundreds of national and international art journals, plus thousands of art dissertations. The index covers fine, decorative, and commercial art, as well as photography, film, and architecture.

A scholarly art encyclopedia covering both Western and non-Western art and encompassing all aspects of visual culture. First published as the 34-volume Dictionary of Art edited by Jane Turner. Grove Art Online features entries on artists, architects, craftsmen, patrons, movements, locations, and periods, as well as bibliographies for further research and thousands of searchable images.
